What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping is $5.95. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only but are actively working to expand our shipping options.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to update the address on an order once it has been placed. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Should your order be returned to us, we will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund.

How do I check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order on the orders page of your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes its way to you.

Can I make changes to my order?

At this time, we are unable to make any changes or edits to orders, including shipping addresses. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalizing your purchase.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maedbeauty.com. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. To help us assist you quickly, please report any damage within 7 days of delivery.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Maed Beauty, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including their original packaging. While we are pleased to refund your product, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

If your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund immediately, but depending on your bank’s policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@maedbeauty.com. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right product, and if available, we can arrange for an exchange. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Additionally, we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.

Please note, we are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we love a beauty gift and have this on our radar.
