Maed Beauty products are crafted using a blend of clean, high-performing ingredients, both natural and lab-created, to nourish and protect your lips. Our focus is on using non-toxic, effective ingredients that align with our commitment to clean beauty.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes, all Maed Beauty products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are proud to be certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA, ensuring that no animals are harmed in the creation of our products. Our ingredients align with our commitment to clean beauty and ethical standards.
ARE MAED BEAUTY PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN, PREGNANT, OR NURSING INDIVIDUALS?
Maed Beauty is committed to creating products that are safe and effective for all our customers, including those with sensitive skin and individuals who are pregnant or nursing. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet safety standards, and we carefully select ingredients that are generally well-tolerated. However, as individual sensitivities can vary, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before using any new skincare or beauty products, particularly during pregnancy or while nursing.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE MAED’S SIGNATURE FLAVOR?
Maed’s Signature Flavor is a captivating blend of both natural and synthetic ingredients that combines the richness of coffee, the citrusy freshness of bergamot, and the earthy warmth of black tea. Enhanced with spicy cardamom, zesty ginger, and juicy peach, this sophisticated flavor finishes with a comforting hint of sweet vanilla and nutty notes. It’s designed to be as safe as it is indulgent, fully compliant with global fragrance safety standards (IFRA 51), vegan, and free from phthalates.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MAED BEAUTY PRODUCTS?
To keep your Maed Beauty products at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Proper storage will help preserve the integrity of the ingredients and extend the shelf life of your products.
For our Reset Serum, which contains many naturally derived ingredients, please note that slight variations in color may occur over time. This is normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Our products are proudly made in Italy and the United States. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, and all our products are developed and tested following stringent safety standards in both countries.
SUSTAINABILIY
WHAT’S YOUR STANCE ON SUSTAINABILITY?
We are dedicated to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. Our packaging is made with 50% sustainable PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials. We also encourage our customers to recycle their empty Maed Beauty containers by participating in the PACT Collective recycling program. You can drop off your cleaned product packaging at participating locations. More information and a list of locations can be found here.
SHIPPING
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping is $5.95. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only but are actively working to expand our shipping options.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to update the address on an order once it has been placed. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Should your order be returned to us, we will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order on the orders page of your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes its way to you.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
At this time, we are unable to make any changes or edits to orders, including shipping addresses. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalizing your purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maedbeauty.com. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. To help us assist you quickly, please report any damage within 7 days of delivery.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
If your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund immediately, but depending on your bank’s policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@maedbeauty.com. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right product, and if available, we can arrange for an exchange. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.
